Use NowNEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) results were declared recently by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). A day after the NEET PG 2023 results, the Federation of Resident Doctors Association (FORDA) has written to the Union health minister Mansukh Mandaviya requesting him to expedite the NEET PG 2023 Counselling process.
Requesting early counselling for NEET PG 2023 , FORDA said: “There was a huge unrest in the NEET PG aspirant community regarding the long gap between the exam and the possible start of counselling, which could only begin after the last date of (internship) completion, August 11, 2023.”
FORDA said that declaring the NEET PG results 2023 on March 14 “is the first of many steps taken in the right direction and is a applaudable effort". It further suggested the health ministry to hold the NEET PG counselling 2023 a month before the scheduled date; first or second week of July.

The resident doctors group acknowledged the health minister’s statement on why the NEET PG exam 2023 was not postponed and reiterated that “the consistent efforts of the health ministry to bring back the academic calendar on track by conducting NEET PG 2023 exam on March 5 is appreciable.” However, "a long wait till August is unjustifiable and it’s about time that the health ministry stand true to it’s intent," it added.
NEET PG result 2023 download link was activated weeks before the scheduled date. Candidates who appeared in the NEET PG 2023 exam can check the NEET PG scores on the official website, nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in.
