The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) will declare the CS Foundation 2020 result on
Monday, January 18, 2021, at 11 AM.
The CS Foundation result 2020 will be declared on their official website - icsi.edu. The CS Foundation exam was conducted on December 26 and 27,2020.

Candidates will be able to check their CS Foundation 2020 result online using valid login id and password. The CS Foundation 2020 result can be downloaded in a pdf format along with a subject wise breakup of marks of each candidate.

A formal e-result-cum-marks statement for the CS Foundation exam will be uploaded on the official website after the result is declared. Candidates can download the CS Foundation result copy for their future use. ICSI has notified that “No physical copy of result-cum-marks statement shall be issued to the candidates.”
ICSI has replaced the CS Foundation exam with CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) as the entry-level exam for Company Secretaries. However, candidates that have already registered for the CS Foundation course are eligible for the CSEET exam. Any fresh registered candidates will have to appear for CSEET 2021.
