CSIR NET December 2024 registration ends today; documents required

CSIR NET December 2024: Candidates can fill the application form on csirnet.nta.ac.in till 11:50 pm. The application form correction window will open on January 4.
NEW DELHI : The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the registration process for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET) December 2024 exam today, January 2, 2025. Eligible aspirants who have not applied yet can fill CSIR NET Dec 2024 application form through the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
Candidates belonging to general category will have to pay Rs 1,150 while the CSIR NET application fee for general-economically weaker sections (Gen-EWS) or Other Backward Classes- Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) is Rs 600. The Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) and third gender candidates will have to pay Rs 325 as the application fee.
How to fill the CSIR NET December 2024 application form?
- Visit the CSIR NET official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in.
- Register with email ID and mobile number.
- Fill in the CSIR NET application form and note down the system generated application number.
- Upload the required documents in the given format and pay the application fee
- Download and save the CSIR NET application form for future reference.
Students will require the following documents to fill CSIR NET application form:
- Copy of board or university certificate for candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name and date of birth
- Type of identification – bank account passbook with photograph or passport number
- Ration card or Aadhaar Card number or voter ID card number or other government ID
- Qualifying degree certificate or last semester marks sheet
- Your mailing address as well as permanent address with pin code
- Four cities for centres of your choice
- Code of joint CSIR-UGC NET subject
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Self-declaration minority community certificate, if applicable
- Result awaited certificate, if applicable
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, if applicable
- Person with Disability (PwD) certificate, if applicable
- Email address and mobile number of candidate
- Scanned images in JPG format only
