CSIR SO, ASO schedule 2024 out for stage 2; admit card form June 4

CSIR Exam 2024: The stage 2 exam will be held on July 7 in two sessions.
NEW DELHI: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has issued the exam schedule for the Section Officer (SO), Assistant Section Officer (ASO) stage 2 exam 2024. As per the official schedule, the CSIR SO, ASO stage 2 exam will be held on July 7. Candidates who qualify the stage 1 exam can download the CISR SO, ASO 2024 exam schedule through the official website, csir.res.in.
Along with the exam schedule, candidates should also download the list of candidates who are eligible to appear for the CSIR SO, ASO stage 2 exam. The institute will issue the CSIR SO, ASO admit card on July 4. Candidates will have to enter their registered email ID, date of birth, and mobile OTP to download the admit card.
As per the official notice, the CSIR SO, ASO stage 2 exam includes paper 3 and the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for the posts of section officer and assistant section officer. The paper 3 exam will be conducted from 10 am to 12 pm, while the CBT mode exam will be held from 3 pm to 4 pm. Candidates will have to report at the exam centre at least 1.5 hours before the exam starts.
“Candidates who have opted for scribe in the online application form, are required to upload relevant documents in prescribed forms before attempting to download the admit card for paper 3 and CPT,” the official notice read. Candidates who face any difficulties in downloading or checking their admit cards can contact the help desk at 07969049955 between 9 am and 6 pm.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download for CSIR SO, ASO admit card 2024.
- Visit the official website, csir.res.in
- On the homepage, click on SO, ASO posts’ admit card link.
- Now, enter the login details and click on the submit button.
- The admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of the same for future reference.
