CSIR UGC NET answer key 2024, response sheet out at csirnet.nta.ac.in; challenge by August 11

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the CSIR UGC NET provisional answer key along with the question paper and recorded response. The Joint Central Scientific and Industrial Research–University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (JOINT CSIR-UGC NET) July 2024 exam was held for awarding research fellowships to eligible candidates. Those who appeared in the exam can check and download the CSIR UGC NET answer key 2024 through the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
The NTA conducted the CSIR UGC NET 2024 exam in computer-based test (CBT) mode on July 25, 26, 27 in 348 examination centers located in 187 cities across the country. A total of 2,25,335 candidates took part in the exam this year.
The testing agency has also made the CSIR UGC NET answer key challenge window available on the official website. Those candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key will be able to raise objections by paying a non-refundable challenge fee of Rs 200 per question. The last date to challenge CSIR UGC NET answer key is August 11 by 11.50 pm.
“If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared,” it said.

How to challenge CSIR UGC NET answer key
Candidates can follow the steps given below to raise objections against the CSIR UGC NET July answer key 2024.
- Visit the CSIR official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the ‘CSIR UGC NET answer key challenge window’
- Login using application number, date of birth and security pin.
- Click on “View Question Paper” for marked responses and to view or challenge the answer keys.
- Now, select the correct answers and question ID and upload the supporting documents.
- Make the payment per question challenged and view the claim entered.
- Review and submit the challenge raised.
