NEW DELHI: The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2021 exam) is set to begin soon in online mode and conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today. The CTET exam 2021 will be conducted from December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022 in multiple shifts for different teaching subjects. Candidates can check their exam date by downloading the CTET 2021 admit card for sitting in the exam.

CTET 2021 Exam: Documents needed

Candidates must carry the following documents at Centre of CTET exam 2021:

  • Printout of CTET admit card 2021- candidates will not be allowed to sit in the CTET exam 2021 without admit card.
  • Original photo ID proof- It must be one of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License and Voter ID Card.
  • Ballpoint pen- It may be required to do rough work like calculation at the rough sheet provided at centre.
  • Candidates need to hand over the rough sheets to the Invigilator after the completion of the exam of CTET 2021.
  • Transparent pocket hand sanitizer (50 ml)
  • Face mask is compulsory
  • Hand gloves (optional)
  • Transparent water bottle for personal use (optional)

CTET Exam 2021: Items not allowed at exam centre

Candidates should not carry the following items at the CTET exam 2021 centre, as these items are not allowed, for example:

  • Books, notes, geometry sets, pencils, scale, eraser, and log table, writing pad
  • Cardboard, electronics devices or digital watch, wrist-watch, wallet, goggles
  • Mobile phones, earphones, microphones, cameras, headphones, pen-drive, pagers, bluetooth devices, calculator,
  • Debit or credit card, electronic pen or scanner

CTET 2021 exam day instructions

  • Candidates must follow the COVID-19 complete guidelines and instructions
  • They must reach the exam centre 90 minutes before the start of the CTET exam 2021.
  • They must cooperate with the invigilator and follow their instructions.
  • They must not leave the exam hall before the specified time given on the CTET 2021 admit card

Note: Candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination centre after the commencement of the CTET 2021 exam as per time schedule.
