NEW DELHI: The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2024) answer key has been issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Around 22,62,561 candidates, who appeared in the 18th edition of CTET, will be able to download the provisional answer key from the official website, ctet.nic.in.
The CTET 2024 result date will be announced soon. CTET paper 1 was held for eligibility for teaching Class 1 to 5 and paper 2 for Classes 6 to 8. Of the total 26,93,526 registered candidates for CTET January 2024, 9,58,193 opted for paper 1 and 17,35,333 for paper 2.
The CBSE has also activated the CTET answer key challenge window. Candidates can raise objection on the CTET 2024 answer key by February 10. Those who are not satisfied with the answers will be able to raise objections by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000 per question and uploading supporting documents.
Subject experts will be preparing the CTET 2024 final answer key after reviewing the challenges raised by the candidates.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the CTET provisional answer key 2024.
- Visit the CTET official website, ctet.nic.in.
- On the homepage, CTET provisional answer key download link here.
- The page will be redirected to the CTET answer key link.
- Key in the application number, date of birth and security pin.
- The CTET 2024 answer key PDF will be displayed.
- Match the answer key with the response sheet to calculate probable marks.
- Download the answer key for future reference.
- Select the question ID you wish to challenge.
- Upload supporting documents, paying requisite fees.
- Review and submit the objections.
