Check NowThe Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that it will conduct the CTET re-exam for paper 2 now on March 1. The board could not conduct the 21st edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for paper 2 on February 7, 2026 due to administrative reasons.

CBSE will conduct a re-exam at Lakshya Academy and St. John’s Academy International in Bihar’s Vaishali district after the exam was cancelled due to administrative reasons.
The exam was supposed to be held on February 7 and 8. However, due to administrative reasons, the CTET paper 2 exam was not successfully conducted at the affected centres.
Candidates who were assigned to these centres will be issued revised admit cards for the CTET paper 2 soon. They will be able to download the exam hall ticket through the official website at ctet.nic.in.
“These candidates may note that no further chance will be given to them for appearing in 21st Edition of CTET. The request for change of centre & date of examination will not be entertained under any circumstances,” the board said.
