CUET PG 2022 begins tomorrow; important guidelines, admit card download link

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Common University Entrance Test postgraduate (CUET PG 2022) exams from September 1. The CUET PG 2022 admit card for phase 1, scheduled to be held on September 1, 2 and 3 was issued on August 28 at cuet.nta.nic.in.

The NTA will be conducting the CUET PG 2022 in two shifts - shift 1 from 10 AM to 12 PM and shift 2 from 3 PM to 5 PM through the Computer Based Test (CBT).
“The CUET PG admit card 2022 is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions,” the NTA notice read. The CUET PG 2022 admit card download link for the other phases will be released before the exam. The CUET PG 2022 will be held from September 1 to 11. The NTA has also published the CUET PG 2022 syllabus on the CUET official website.

CUET PG 2022 exam day guidelines
The NTA has issued CUET exam day guidelines and important instructions for the candidates.
- Candidates are advised to report at the CUET PG exam center 2 hours before commencement of the examination.
- Candidates should take their seats immediately after the opening of the examination hall. If the candidates do not report in time due to traffic jam, train or bus delays etc. they are likely to miss some of the important instructions to be announced in the exam halls.
- The candidate must show, on-demand, the CUET admit card downloaded from the NTA website for admission in the examination hall.
- A candidate who does not possess a valid CUET PG admit card and authorized photo ID will not be permitted to take the examination under any circumstances by the centre superintendent.
- A seat indicating CUET roll number will be allotted to each candidate. Candidates should find and sit in their allocated seats only. In case a candidate ventures to change his/her seat and does not sit on the seat allotted to him/her could face cancellation of candidature. No plea would be entertained in this regard.
- The candidate should ensure that the CUET PG question paper available on the computer is as per his/her opted subject indicated in the admit card. In case, the subject of the question paper is other than the opted subject, the same must be brought to the notice of the invigilator.
- The candidates may approach the centre superintendent, invigilator in the room for any technical assistance, first aid emergency, or any other information during the course of the examination.
- In case a candidate, by furnishing false information, appears in more than one shift/date, his candidature will be cancelled and his result will not be declared.
- For those who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of test for any reason, re-test shall not be held by the NTA under any circumstances.
“Under no circumstances the choice of cities for the centre and timing of examination provided in the admit card shall be changed,” the CUET PG 2022 information brochure read.
