CUET PG 2025: University of Hyderabad offering 41 postgraduate courses this academic year

NEW DELHI: The University of Hyderabad (UoH) is offering 41 postgraduate programmes through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) 2025 for the current academic year. Candidates can apply for the courses through the National Testing Agency (NTA) official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG.
The last date to apply for the PG programmes is February 1, 2025. The University of Hyderabad has reserved the right to increase or decrease the minimum cut-off defined, based on the percentile scores of the candidates, as per the official notification.
On December 10, 2024, M Jagadesh Kumar, chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) had announced that the CUET 2025 was set to undergo a major rejig, and said that the revised draft guidelines for admission into UG and PG courses at 283 universities will be issued shortly.
The NTA is yet to announce the CUET 2025 exam date. Last year, the exam was conducted between May 15 and 18 in pen and paper mode and between May 21 and 24 in online mode. The CUET 2025 exam date will be announced at nta.ac.in.
CUET 2025 PG Programmes: Eligibility, courses
Interested candidates, who are willing to apply for PG courses such as economics, financial economics, history, philosophy, political science, sociology, English, comparative literature, and others should have at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the bachelor’s degree.
Candidates interested in applying for science-based courses such as physics, biology, chemistry, ocean and atmospheric sciences, should have a BSc with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of science subjects, as per the official notification.
