NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2023 today, April 11, 2023. Eligible and interested students who have not registered yet can fill CUET UG 2023 application form on the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in. CUET UG 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to 31 for admission to central, state, private, and deemed universities.

NTA reopened the registration window between April 9 and 11 after receiving numerous representations from prospective students.

Candidates belonging to general category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 750 while OBC-NCL category candidates will have to deposit Rs 700. SC, ST, PwBD, and third gender category candidates will have to make a fee payment of Rs 650. The application fee for centres outside India is Rs 3,750.
The second-edition of CUET 2023 witnessed a 41 percent increase in registration compared to the last year. 242 universities have opted for the CUET 2023 for UG admission this year as against 90 universities last year.

A total of 16.85 lakh students registered for CUET UG 2023, of which 13.995 lakhs paid the application fee and submitted the application form, the UGC chairman said recently.
