Download NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) registration till March 24. The CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted from May 8 to June 1. Earlier, the CUET UG 2025 registration deadline was March 22.

The NTA has also revised the CUET UG 2025 form correction facility dates. The CUET UG 2025 form correction window will open on March 26. Candidates will be able to edit their already submitted CUET UG 2025 form till March 28.
The CUET UG 2025 registration fee payment deadline has also been extended to March 25, 11:50 pm. Earlier, the fee payment deadline for CUET UG 2025 was March 23. The CUET UG registration fee 2025 can be paid using credit, debit card, UPI or net banking. The CUET UG registration form 2025 is available on the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in. The CUET UG 2025 will be conducted for 37 subjects.
The CUET UG 2025 syllabus aligns with NCERT curriculum. The NTA posted the CUET UG 2025 syllabus on the official website. 8 topics have been removed from the CUET UG syllabus 2025. The CUET UG 2025 scores will be accepted by 46 central universities including Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), Banaras Hindu University (BHU) , Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
CUET UG Registration 2025: Fee details
The CUET UG 2025 registration fee (upto 3 subjects) for Heneral category is Rs 1,000. For Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS), the CUET 2025 registration fee is Rs 900. Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), transgenders, and Person with Disabilities (PwD) will have to pay Rs 800. The CUET UG 2025 registration fee for additional paper is Rs 400 for general, Rs 375 for OBC, EWS candidates and Rs 350 for transgender, ST, SC category applicants.
What changes in CUET UG 2025?
As per the latest changes in CUET UG 2025 , exams will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with a reduced number of subjects, from 63 to 37, excluding teaching aptitude, entrepreneurship, and legal studies. In CUET UG 2025, candidates can choose any subject regardless of their Class 12 background. The CUET UG 2025 exam duration also changedto one hour, and there will be no optional questions. For discontinued subjects, general aptitude test scores will be considered for admissions.
CUET UG 2025 Registration: Who is eligible to apply?
The CUET 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows
- Applicants are required to have completed Class 12 from a recognized board.
- General category candidates are required to have obtained at least 50% in Class 12 board exams.
- Reserved category candidates are required to have secured minimum 45% in Class 12.
- There is no age restriction for CUET UG 2025.
- Indian citizens and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) can apply.
