#Shutdown NTA: Candidates angry over mismanagement
A X user, Garvit Sethi, wrote: “NTA Has become a national joke. Shut it down if you can’t handle your job! For the past several years, it’s the same story with every exam — whether it’s CUET, NEET, or NET.” He went on to say that the entrance exams are marred by faulty answer keys, out-of-syllabus questions, mysteriously changing answers, last-minute re-exam, technical glitches, and lack of accountability.
“And now in CUET UG 2025, the same mess all over again. How many more batches will suffer because of NTA’s incompetence? If you can’t conduct exams fairly and responsibly, then SHUT DOWN NTA. Stop playing with the future of students. Stop treating lakhs of aspirants like experiments,” the post read.
Another X user shared the results of a social media poll asking, “Did your CUET UG 2025 response sheet show a different answer than what you are 100% sure you marked in the exam?” According to the poll, 36 respondents answered “yes,” indicating that their answers were incorrectly reflected on the response sheet.
While another user said: “Dear @NTA_Exams please solve your mismanagement in exams, in result and in exam postponements. Ensure that you conduct your exams transparently and perfectly and students face no issue from your side.”
