A total of 13,54,699 candidates registered and 10,71,735 appeared for the CUET UG 2025 for admission to undergraduate programmes at central, state and deemed universities across the country.
Notably, only one candidate scored 100 percentile in 4 out of 5 subjects. As per the subject-wise highest NTA scores, a total of 17 candidates have scored 100 percentile in 3 subjects out of their opted subjects.

"A total of 150 candidates have scored 100 percentile in 2 subjects (out of their opted subjects). A total of 2679 candidates have scored 100 percentile in 1 subject (out of their opted subjects)," as per the official statistics.
As per the gender-wise, more than 5.23 lakh female, 5.47 male and a total of 3 third gender candidates appeared for the computer-based CUET UG 2025 exam.
The top 5 subjects where candidates scored the highest NTA marks includes Urdu, Business Studies, Geography, Geology, and Psychology. A total of 250 marks were secured in the top 5 subjects in the CUET UG 2025.
