Download NowNEW DELHI: The Cochin University of Science and Technology has declared the Common Admission Test (CUSAT CAT) 2024 result today, May 24. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam can download the CUSAT CAT 2024 result or rank list by visiting the official website, admissions.cusat.ac.in.

Candidates do not require any credentials to access the CUSAT CAT 2024 result. The rank list consists of the names, registration number, reservation details and rank of the qualified candidates.
CUSAT CAT was conducted on May 10, 11, and 12, 2024. The CUSAT CAT 2024 exam was held online as a computer-based test. The duration of the exam was 3 hours, and there was a total of 225 questions.

BTech Programmes
Shivram S from Punkunnam, Thrissur clinched the top spot in the entrance examination for BTech programs. Hafiz Rahman Elikkottil from Malappuram secured the second position, while S Harikrishnan from Darsan Nagar, Kudappanakunnu, Thiruvananthapuram secured the third rank.
CUSAT CAT 2024 BBA LLB toppers
In CUSAT CAT 2024 BBA LLB programme, Nida Fathima N topped the first position followed by Amal Rosh and Dravya K Ashok in second and third position.

CUSAT CAT 2024 Result Out: Rank calculation
The CUSAT CAT 2024 ranks are determined based on percentile index. To secure a CUSAT CAT 2024 rank, students are required to achieve a minimum of 10 marks in mathematics, 10 marks in physics and chemistry in the entrance exam. The percentile index is computed using the formula: [(n+1-p)/n)]x S x 100
Here, 'n' represents the total number of candidates appearing for the exam in a specific subject, 'p' signifies the position based on the CUSAT CAT score, and 'S' denotes the candidate's actual score. Upon computing the percentile index, the authorities consolidate these indices to determine each candidate's position in the CUSAT CAT 2024 rank list for a specific engineering program.
