Cyclone Nivar: ICAI CA Nov 2020 Exam in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry Postponed

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has rescheduled the ICAI CA Inter Nov 2020 exam. The CA IPC exam 2020 which were previously scheduled to be held on November 26 will now be held on December 12, 2020. The decision is made as state government declared public holiday on November 26 due to Cyclone “Nivar” in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu.
The CA inter exam 2020 will be conducted on December 12, 2020, at the same venues and the timing will be between 2 PM to 5 PM.
ICAI CA Exam 2020 is rescheduled for cities including Chennai, Cuddalore, Kancheepuram, Kumbakonam, Nagapattinam, Tiruvallur, Tiruvannamalai, Vellore & Villupuram and Puducherry (U.T)
Now, ICAI CA Inter exam 2020 has been rescheduled to December 12, 2020 the above mentioned cities.
CA Admit card and exam centre that were issued earlier remain same . The institute has also clarified that the CA Exam date for all other cities will remain unchanged.
The IPC exam date 2020 will change only for the papers given below:

CA intermediate exam (Group I) Paper – 3, Cost and Management Accounting
As per a previous notice by ICAI, the CA Inter exam 2020 were postponed to December 9, 2020 for Group I, Paper 2. The other exam date and schedule will remain unchanged.
Candidates are advised by the institute to keep checking the official website -www.icai.org for more updates on the exam schedule.
