Delhi University resumes offline classes today; DU cut-off for admission likely by October 1

The Delhi University and its affiliated colleges are likely to release the DU first cut-off list by October 1 for UG programmes, while admission to start from October 4.

Download NowNEW DELHI: The University of Delhi resumes offline classes from today, September 15, for undergraduate and postgraduate students with 50% capacity. All the colleges will start practical classes for the final year UG, PG students. However, online theory classes will also be conducted as attendance is not compulsory for offline classes.

Delhi University had announced on September 6 to reopen DU colleges in a phased manner. The official notice said a blended offline-online mode of teaching and learning will be adopted by the colleges.
According to the guidelines issued by the university on college reopening, all the students, teaching and non-teaching staff should be vaccinated with both doses.
The Delhi University and its affiliated colleges are likely to release the DU first cut-off list by October 1 for undergraduate programmes, while the DU admissions are scheduled to begin from October 4.
The university revised the release date of the DU cut-off list 2021 due to the delay in the CBSE compartment, improvement, JEE Main 2021 and NEET 2021 result date.
DU application form 2021 for UG admission was ended on August 31, while the DU admission portal for PG courses closed on August 21.
St. Stephen’s College released its first cut-offs way ahead of the majority of Delhi University colleges. Candidates can check the St. Stephen’s College cut-off 2021 by visiting the official website of the college - ststephens.edu.
