DSSSB Recruitment 2024: Application for 1,499 vacancies begins on March 19

DSSSB PGT Recruitment 2024: Candidates can apply for DSSSB recruitment 2024 through the official website, dsssb.delhi.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has invited applications for the recruitment of various vacancies including Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Assistant Sanitary Inspector, Stenographer Grade ‘D’ and other posts. As per the schedule, the DSSSB application window will open on March 19.
Interested candidates can apply for DSSSB recruitment 2024 through the official website, dsssb.delhi.gov.in. The deadline for submitting the DSSSB application form is April 17, 2024.
Candidates have to pay Rs 100 as application fee to register for DSSSB recruitment 2024. Women candidates and candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Serviceman category are exempted from paying the application fees.
DSSSB Recruitment 2024: Age limit
Interested candidates must be between 18 to 32 years of age. However, there is age relaxations for certain categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen. Candidates with only benchmark physical disability status will be considered as Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and only such candidates will be entitled to age-relaxation and reservation for persons with disabilities.

"If a candidate successfully submits his/her application, it will only be considered on 'Provisional' basis. Candidates should take printout of the online application form for their own records", the official notification read.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks scored in the written examination. The board will recruit on merit basis. While, interview and typing test will be conducted for some vacancies in DSSB recruitment drive 2024.
The board has notified that request for change, correction in any particulars of the online application form including change of category, once submitted, will not be entertained. Candidates must fill their correct and active mail addresses and mobile numbers in their online application forms, DSSSB notification added.
