NEW DELHI: Delhi University will publish the first merit list of Delhi University 2022 today, October 19. The DU first merit list will be available for various Delhi University colleges at admission.uod.ac.in. Acceptance of the assigned seat will be available from October 19 to 21, 2022.
Following the release of the merit list or seat allocation list, DU colleges will verify and approve applications by October 22. In order to confirm their admission, students must pay the DU admission fee by October 24. DU will inform the number of vacant seats on October 25, 2022, before the announcement of the second merit list.

DU second merit list will be released on October 30. Candidates can freeze their seats against the second merit list of Delhi University till November 1. Qualified candidates must report to the allotted colleges and verify their documents till November 2.

If vacant seats are available, the university may announce more spot rounds. “It has been observed from the registration statistics that there are ample opportunities for the candidates belonging to SC and ST category to take admission in the University of Delhi,” the university said.
“In order to optimally fill the seats, the university will be allocating 30% extra seats for the SC/ST candidates in the first CSAS allocation round,” Delhi University informed.
The DU registration process was over on October 12. Despite 40% decrease in the total applications this year, the University of Delhi has witnessed a rise of 1.5% in the applications from CBSE students.
