All candidates, aspiring admissions at the DU colleges must fill the single, common DU admission form 2021. While filling the Delhi university application form 2021, candidates also need to pay the application fee. UR and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 250, while the fee for SC/ST/PwD, and sports/ECA categories is Rs. 150 and 100 respectively. If candidates wish to apply for entrance based UG courses, then they have to pay Rs. 750 additional (UR/OBC) and Rs. 300 (SC/ST/PwD/EWS).
Without fee payment, the DU application form won’t be considered complete. Post the DU registrations, the authorities are expected to release the DU cut off 2021 for round one between September 7 to 10. This year, due to 70,000 students scoring 95 per cent in CBSE Class 12th exams, the DU cutoff marks are expected to further rise as compared to the last year.
The DU admission dates were announced on July 17 via online mode by the Delhi University officials. The DU PG admissions have already commenced from July 26 . This year, the Delhi University will offer admissions to around 70,000 UG and 20,000 PG seats.
The UG admissions will be offered based on the merit of the qualifying exam (Class 12), while the PG admissions are offered through Delhi University Entrance Exam (50 percent seats). The remaining 50 percent for PG courses are offered to the already enrolled DU students in UG courses based on their marks in the UG courses.
