DU Admission 2022: Over 4,000 seats allocated in spot round-2

A total of 4,383 seats have been allocated in the DU spot admission round-2 as of December 3. Candidates can accept allocated seats till tomorrow.

Download NowNEW DELHI: According to latest admission data from University of Delhi (DU), a total of 4,383 candidates have been allocated their seats in the DU spot admission round-2. Candidates can accept allotted seats till tomorrow, December 4, 2022.

The DU colleges will verify and approve application till December 5, 2022 while candidates can make the online fee payment up to December 6, 2022. Candidates are required to take admission in the spot admission rounds. The seat allocation during the DU spot round are final, therefore, there will no option to upgrade or withdraw seats for the candidates selected in the spot round.

"It will be mandatory for the candidate to take admission to the seat allocated in a spot round. Failure to accept the allocated seat in the spot admission round will forfeit the candidate's eligibility for admission to UoD and she/he will be out of CSAS.” read an official DU notification.
As of December 1, over 19,000 candidates applied for admission into DU ug courses. We have received 19,150 applications for the second spot round of admission. There are 12,000 vacant seats in UG programmes," Delhi University's Dean of Admission Haneet Gandhi told PTI.
