DU UG Admission 2022: Last chance to accept round 1 CSAS seat allocation today

Download NowNEW DELHI: The University of Delhi will close the round 1 DU common seat allocation system (CSAS) 2022 facility today, October 22. Applicants who were allotted a seat in the DU first merit list will have to ‘accept’ the DU seat allocation before the deadline to be considered for next rounds.

Names of 80,164 candidates for DU UG admission 2022 were listed in the DU first merit list. As per the latest updates, a total of 71,741 candidates have accepted their allotted seats. On Friday, the university informed that applications of 39,526 candidates are under process.
Delhi University has also extended the last date to pay the admission fee for the first round of DU CSAS allocation 2022 by a day, October 25.
Candidates who have been allocated a seat in DU CSAS round-1 must “Accept Allocation” through the dashboard at admissions.uod.ac.in. On receiving the “Approval from College Principal”, they must proceed to pay the fee to confirm the admission.
Last date for DU colleges to verify and approve the online applications for UG admission has also been extended till 2 PM, October 23, 2022.

“Candidates must note that to participate in subsequent CSAS seat allocations they must take the admission whenever it is offered to them. Only the candidates who have secured their admission in a particular round will be considered for upgradation in subsequent rounds, if applicable,” the official notice read.
For the 2nd round of CSAS allocation, students will be able to re-order higher preference from October 25 to 27. Applicants who have not been allocated a seat will also be considered for the DU 2nd round of seat allocation.
