Download NowNEW DELHI: The University of Delhi, DU, has opened the mid-entry option against the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) today, August 17. The mid-entry option has been opened for candidates applying afresh against the DU UG 2023 admission and the application window will remain active till August 19.

Through the provision of mid-entry, a DU statement said, the candidates who either failed to apply to CSAS phase 1 or CSAS phase 2 or could not complete phase 2 will be able to participate in the mid-entry round DU admission.
The DU third allocation list for DU UG admission will be announced on Augsut 22. Candidates will have to accept the seats by August 24. Colleges will verify and approve the online applications from 5 pm of August 22 till 4:59 pm of August 25. Candidates can however pay the fees till 4:59 pm of August 26.
Candidates, the DU statement said, candidates who got rejected due to wrong mapping will also be able to correct their subject mapping and complete phase 2 through the option of mid-entry. All candidates will be considered for DU CSAS round 3.
A candidate allocated a seat must perform these steps to ensure successful admission at DU:
Step 1: "Accept Allocation" under User Action Tab
Step 2: On receiving the "Approval from the College Principal", proceed to pay the fee to confirm the admission.
Step 3: Take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt.
DU has started its new academic session for UG students from Wednesday, August 16. The university started its UG programmes with 64,288 students.
