DU UG Admission 2023: Last date to accept seats against CSAS 2nd allocation list today

Download NowNEW DELHI: Today is the last date to accept seats against the second allocation list of Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for admission to UG programmes at the University of Delhi (DU). Candidates satisfied with the DU UG CSAS 2nd list can submit their acceptance by 4:59 pm today. As per data shared by the university, as many as 19,038 candidates have been allotted seats in DU’s second round of allocation .

Colleges will verify and approve the online applications from 5 pm today till 4:59 pm of August 14. Candidates can however pay the fees till 4:59 pm of August 15.
A candidate allocated a seat in the CSAS round-2 must perform these steps to ensure successful admission at DU:
Step 1: "Accept Allocation" under User Action Tab
Step 2: On receiving the "Approval from the College Principal", proceed to pay the fee to confirm the admission.
Step 3: Take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt.
Of the 19,038 candidates, as many as 10,104 candidates got their upgraded choice. While 34,174 candidates opted for upgrade after the first round, 32,600 retained their earlier allocation.
The university will release the third round of CSAS vacant seats on August 17 and the third allocation list will be announced on August 22. The academic session for the 2023 UG semester 1, semester 3 and semester 5 is set to start on August 16.
