DU UG Admission 2023: Nearly 66,000 students secured seats in Delhi University colleges so far

Download NowNEW DELHI: A total of 65,937 students have secured seats in Delhi University colleges so far for the academic session 2023-24 through three rounds of DU UG admission 2023. In the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) round 3, around 24,178 candidates were allotted seats. DU UG 3rd merit list 2023 was released on the official website, admission.uod.ac.in.

Of the total seat allotted candidates, 17,284 students accepted the allocated seats. The colleges verified the applications and granted admission to 12,750 aspirants.
The last date to accept the allotted seats in the third round of DU admission 2023 was August 24. The colleges verified and approved the applications till August 25. Students were able to pay the fees by 4:59 pm on August 26. The university had extended the fee payment window till 11:59 pm.
The university will announce an additional spot round to fill the vacant seats remaining after the three rounds. As per the schedule, DU commenced the classes for students of the 2023=24 batch on August 16. Delhi University offers around 70,000 seats in the various undergraduate programmes.
Meanwhile, the last date for paying fees against the seat allotment in the third round of DU BTech admission 2023 for admission to three BTech programmes in computer science and engineering, mechanical engineering, and electronics and communication engineering is today, August 27 till 4:59 pm.
