NEW DELHI: The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has started the online application process for junior technician grade 2 on a contract basis. The application procedure is under way, and the deadline for submitting the application form is January 16. C6andidates can apply online at ecil.co.in.
According to the ECIL recruitment 2024 notification, the maximum age limit is 30 years. In addition, for the ECIL recruitment 2024, candidates must have an ITI qualification in the trades of electronics, mechanics, electrician or fitter.
A one-year apprenticeship is also required, along with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience after ITI and an apprenticeship in contract manufacturing of electronic equipment in public sector undertakings (PSUs).
These eligibility requirements are designed to guarantee that candidates have the requisite skills and experience to contribute effectively to their particular responsibilities.

It is important to note that this position is on a contractual basis for four months, with the option of a two-month extension depending on requirements and performance.
The selected applicants would receive a pay of Rs 22,528, in addition to other benefits such as reimbursement for medical insurance premiums, company PF, TA/DA and paid leave by existing norms.
