EMRS Recruitment 2026: Candidates can check JSA tier 2 shortlisting status using registration number and password.
The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has declared the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) tier 2 result 2026 for Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) under the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE) 2025. Candidates will have to log in using their registration number and password to view their EMRS result status at nests.tribal.gov.in.
The EMRS tier 2 examination was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on March 22, 23, 24, and 25, 2026, in offline mode.
Candidates shortlisted through the JSA tier 2 examination will be eligible to appear for the skill test, which is the next stage of the selection process. NESTS will announce the skill test date and schedule separately on its official website.

Steps to check EMRS JSA tier 2 result 2026
Candidates can check their EMRS JSA tier 2 result status by following these steps:
- Visit the EMRS recruitment result portal at nests.tribal.gov.in
- Open the link provided for checking the ESSE 2025 tier 2 result under the 'What's New' section
- Enter the registration number and password.
- Submit the login details.
- Check the JSA tier 2 shortlisting status displayed on the screen.
- Download or save the result status for future reference.
NESTS said that EMRS tier 2 results for the remaining posts are being finalised and will be declared in phases. Candidates who appeared for tier 2 examinations for other posts should therefore wait for the respective result announcements.
The EMRS recruitment drive aims to fill 7,267 vacancies across teaching, administrative and support roles. The recruitment includes posts such as Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Principals, Female Staff Nurses and Accountants, among other positions.
