NEW DELHI: With just three days left for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2023 examination, the National Board of Educations of Medical Science (NBEMS) has not issued the FMGE admit card yet. Candidates have been flooding social media demanding NBE to issue the hall ticket.

The FMG exam admit card 2023 was scheduled to be out on January 15 on the official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in. However, the download link is not active yet. The screening test is held for foreign medical graduates to practice medicine in India.
As per the schedule, the FMGE 2023 will be held on January 20 at various exam centres across the country.
The All FMGs Association (AFA) on X tweeted: “Despite having no deficiency in document submission, @NbeIndia has not issued admit cards to many FMGs for FMGE JAN 20. Even in the last crucial days of preparation, NBE is causing harassment to FMGs. Why is it always FMGs?”
Several other foreign graduates have asked the board when it will be issuing the hall ticket for the exam. The FMGE admit card release date was revised from January 12 to January 15. The FMGE results will be declared on February 20, as per the information bulletin.
The FMGs group have been raising several issues such as “delay in allotment of internship, no stipend, manipulation of rules by State Medical Councils (SMCs)”. The AFA had tweeted: “The NMC had clear guidelines for FMGs in the past, which stated that the FMGL 2021 regulations don't apply to previous batches. Why didn't they mention it in the new circular? It's confusing for the state councils.”
