FORE School of Management Placements 2022: 80% students placed by December

According to a interim placement report, highest domestic offer at FORE School of Management placements is Rs 23 lakh per annum.

NEW DELHI: The FORE School of Management released a interim placement report for current batch of post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) students 2021-23. The highest domestic offer is for Rs 23 lakh per annum.

80 percent of the students of the current batch in PGDM, PGDM in international business (IB), PGDM in financial management (FM) and PGDM in big data analysis (BDA). The top recruiters were HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank, Wipro Limited, Deloitte USI, Cognizant, EYGDS, FedEx, HDFC Bank, TechMahindra, Dell, ITC, Asian Paints, GEP, Nestle and many others.

For the Batch 2020-22 at FORE school of management the average and median package this year are close to Rs 14.5 lakh per annum and Rs 14 lakh per annum respectively. The institution also received multiple pre-placement offers (PPOs) offers from various organisations including Deloitte USI, ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, ITC, Nestle, HDFC Bank, ITC, Capgemini, Gartner, Havells India Ltd, Porter, Kyndryl (IBM), Tech Mahindra among others.

The summer placement for the batch 2020-22 hade participation from companies in diverse sectors and industries across all domains. Brand leaders like Deloitte, Dell Technologies, Barclays, ITC, TATA Motors, etc. recruited students for summer internships.

In addition to this, companies such as McKinsey Knowledge Center, HSBC India, PwC India Acceleration Center, HDFC Bank, Oxane Partners, IGT Solutions, TESCO, Bank of America recruited students in finance and related profiles. While there was participation from new recruiters like Arcesium, DBS, Kroll, Adani Group, ACTFibernet among others.

According to FORE school of management , dean of corporate relations, Rajneesh Chauhan, “The placement scenario has changed with time and has become very focused now post pandemic. Talk about the consulting or IT companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EYGDS, HCL, Wipro etc. which come to our campus every year, look for quality thatwould match their class. Areas such as, insurance and mutual funds, fintech, healthcare management, business analytics, FMCG, E-Commerce, IT/ITES etc. are recruiting. SIPs are happening in the physical and virtual mode.”
