FORE School of Management records 100% placement; highest salary at Rs 41 lakh

NEW DELHI: The Foundation for Organizational Research and Education (FORE) School of Management secured a 100 percent placement for its students during the academic year 2021-22. The highest salary offered was Rs 41 lakh per annum for an international placement.

Amid the pandemic, the students of the FORE School of Management were able to secure an average salary package of Rs 14.04 lakh per annum. The highest domestic salary offered was Rs 21.5 lakh per annum, said a statement from FSM.

According to the statement, recruiters from different sectors such as manufacturing, automobiles, consulting, IT, fast-moving consumer goods, fast-moving consumer durables, logistics, education, banking among others participated in the FORE School of Management placement drive. Companies such as Deloitte, Dell Technologies, ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Infosys, Hyundai Motor, Panasonic, AXIS Bank, TVS, Xiaomi were among the leading recruiters.

As per the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) data, in the academic year 2019-20, out of the 351 students who graduated from FORE School of Management, 342 were placed with a mean salary of Rs 10.1 lakh.

“The institute has stood beside the students in uplifting their skill sets and knowledge of the subject. Apart from inviting some of the elite league of companies to the institute, the management has ensured that the students are getting industrial exposure and are updated about the happenings of the industry,” said the statement from the FORE School of Management.
