FTII Announces list of Shortlisted Candidates for Next Round of Selection

NEW DELHI, APRIL 19: Film and Television Institute of India (FTII ) has announced the list of candidates shortlisted for the next round of selection after the announcement of JET 2018 result . The next round will comprise of orientation, an interview, a medical test and verification of documents. JET exam was conducted in offline mode and the result was declared on April 15, 2018.

Candidates who have been shortlisted by FTII for orientation and interview for one year post graduate certificate course in direction will have to undergo the orientation and interview from May 8 to 11, 2018 at Film and Television Institute of India, Law College Road, Pune. They will also have to get their documents verified at that time. The medical test will also be conducted on May 7, 2018.

Meanwhile, for candidates who have been shortlisted for the three year post graduate diploma course in direction and screenplay writing, document verification and medical test will be held on May 3, 2018 while the orientation and interview will take place from May 4 to 9, 2018.

The list of original documents which the candidates need to bring with them are given below:

• Degree Certificate and Marksheets
• Class 10th Certificate
• Caste certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC ( as applicable)
• Certificate of Disability ( as applicable)
• Photo ID proof - Pan Card or Aadhar Card or Passport or Driving License or Voter ID
• Papers of Medical History, if any

If candidates do not furnish the original documents that are listed above, they will not be allowed to take part in the orientation and interview. The final selection details will be announced by the institute shortly.
