GAT-B 2023 application form date extended to April 5; NTA to open correction window on April 8

GAT-B 2023: The correction window which was scheduled to be active from April 3 will now begin from April 8, 2023 on the official website, dbt.nta.ac.in.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET 2023) online application form submission date till April 5, 2023. The decision to extend GAT-B 2023 application form date was taken the NTA received a large number of requests from prospective candidates.
Earlier, the NTA announced to close the GAT-B registration window on March 31, however, it has been extended by 5 days.
The correction window which was scheduled to be active from April 3 will now begin from April 8, 2023 on the official website, dbt.nta.ac.in and nta.ac.in.
“Corrections in the particulars in the Online Application Form shall be accepted and submission of additional fee (depending on the changes made in the form) up to 11:50 pm on 09 April 2023,” the NTA said in its latest notice.
The NTA advised candidates to fill GAT-B application form carefully as no further chances to edit the form will be provided after the correction window closes.
“For any queries or /clarifications, candidates can call NTA Help Desk at 011 4075 9000 or write to NTA at dbt@nta.ac.in,” it added.

GAT-B and GAT-BET 2023 exams are held for admission to postgraduate (PG) programmes in Biotechnology and allied areas in participating institutes. The GAT-B exam date is April 23. The examination will be held for a duration for 3 hours each in two separate shifts.
