GAT-B, BET city intimation slip 2024 issued at exams.nta.ac.in/DBT; how to download

NTA GAT-B, BET 2024 will be held on April 20. Candidates can download the city slip using application number and date of birth.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the advance city intimation slip for the Graduate Aptitude Test - Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2024. Registered candidates can download the GAT B city slip 2024 from the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/DBT.
Applicants will have to use their login credentials including application number and date of birth to access the city intimation slip of GAT B. The exam authority asked the candidates to download the slip and read the instructions provided in it.
GAT-B or BET 2024 city slip mentions the name of the city wherein the candidate's exam centre will be located along with their name, date of birth, exam date. NTA clarified that this is not the admit card of students appearing for the exam.
“Candidates may please note that this is NOT the Admit Card for GAT-B & BET 2024. This is an Advance information for the allotment of the City where the Examination Centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates. The Admit Card of GAT-B & BET 2024 shall be issued later,” NTA said in an official notice.
How to download GAT-B city slip 2024?
- Go to the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/DBT
- Click on the link “Click here to city intimation”
- Enter application number, date of birth, and security pin
- GAT B city slip will be displayed
- Download the slip and take a print out
GAT-B 2024 and BET 2024 exams will be conducted on April 20. While GAT B will be held for admission to postgraduate programme in biotechnology and allied areas in participating institutions supported by the department of biotechnology, BET exam will determine the eligibility of candidates for award of DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of biotechnology.
