NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 18: The authorities of IIT Madras have activated the facility to make changes in the exam paper of GATE 2019 in the submitted application forms.
The facility was opened from October 17 for all registered candidates and will end on October 23. Till then, candidates can make a request for a change in their GATE 2019 exam paper, if they have not filled it correctly.
To be able to make changes in the exam paper as filled in GATE 2019 application form, candidates will have to login using their enrollment ID or email address and password.
As soon as the candidates will login, they will be able to choose the paper from the dropdown list in which they wish to appear in GATE 2019.
Upon selection, candidates will have to click on 'Submit' button to reach the payment page. The exam paper change fee for Indian candidates is Rs 300 and for those outside India, it is US $ 10.
The payment of fee can be made via credit card/ net banking/ debit card/ UPI/ Wallet and Cash Card and International Card. It is to be noted that service tax and other taxes will be charged in addition to the fee amount, if applicable.
Entering the Captcha on the page will lead candidates to the payment page where they will be required to enter their card details.
The submission of fee will ensure that exam paper has been changed.
GATE 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on February 2, 3, 9 and 10 in online mode.
