GATE 2023 registration from August 30; Steps to apply
IIT Kanpur has announced the GATE 2023 registration date at gate.iitk.ac.in. GATE registration 2023 is going to commence on August 30.

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur is going to commence the GATE 2023 registration from August 30. Applicants will be able fill the GATE 2023 application form at gate.iitk.ac.in. The application process of GATE exam 2023 comprises registration, filling application form, uploading required documents and payment of fee. The last date to complete the GATE registration 2023 is September 30 without late fee. While the last date to fill the GATE application form 2023 with late fee of Rs 500 is October 7.

GATE 2023 exam date is February 4, 5, 11 & 12. To appear for the exam, applicants must have to fill the application form before GATE exam 2023 registration last date.
How to fill GATE application from 2023?
Candidates can refer to the steps given below to complete GATE registration.

Visit the GATE official website - gate.iitk.ac.in.

Click on the direct link to complete the registration process using personal details.

Login and fill educational qualification, communication information and other details.

Upload scanned images of photograph and signature as per the specifications.

Pay the application fee in online mode.

Preview and submit the GATE 2023 application form for future reference.
GATE registration 2023 fee is Rs 850 for all female and reserved category candidates. All other candidates including foreign nationals have to pay Rs 1700 as application fee.
Applicants who complete the online application before GATE 2023 registration date will be issued the hall ticket. As per the schedule, IIT Kanpur will release the GATE admit card 2023 on January 3.
Applicants preparing for the exam must refer to the GATE syllabus 2023 for their preparations. Candidates are also advised to practice previous year GATE question papers to check important topics and chapters asked in the exam previously.
