Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the GATE 2025 answer key through the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the GATE 2025 answer key. Aspirants can now check the GATE 2025 subject-wise answer keys for key streams, including Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Data Analytics (DA), and Civil Engineering (CE).
GATE 2025 answer key objection facility
Candidates who find any discrepancy in the GATE 2025 answer key will be able to object within the given time. As per the official notice, the GATE 2025 answer key objection facility will be open from February 27 to March 1. The GATE 2025 final answer key will be issued after considering all the objections raised by the candidates.
GATE 2025 marking scheme
Candidates will be able to calculate their probable GATE 2025 scores using their GATE marking scheme .
- All questions will be either for 1 mark or 2 marks
- There will be no negative marking for MSQ and NAT-type questions.
- For multiple choice questions, there will be a negative marking of 1/3 for 1 mark questions, while 2/3 of the mark will be deducted for 2 mark questions.
The institute has also issued the GATE response sheets along with the answer key. The GATE response sheet includes the candidate’s name, exam date, centre details, shift, timings, chosen responses, attempt status, etc.
GATE 2025 result date
The results for GATE 2025 are expected to be declared on March 19. The GATE 2025 results will be announced based on the final answer key.
The GATE 2025 exam was conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 for admission to postgraduate engineering programmes. The exam was conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode, with city centers divided into eight zones.
