Check NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee issued the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 admit card on January 7. Registered candidates will be able to access and download the GATE admit card 2025 by visiting the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025 exam on February 1, 2, 15, and 16.

The GATE exam 2025 will be held in two shifts each day. As per the GATE 2025 exam timings, forenoon session will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (IST) and afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. GATE previous year question papers are available on the official website. The GATE 2025 result date is March 19. The GATE 2025 scorecards will be available for downloading from March 28 to May 31.
GATE is also used for PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) recruitment in India. Many PSUs consider GATE scores for shortlisting and selecting candidates for various technical and managerial positions.

NPCIL will be hiring through GATE 2025 based on these test papers:

- Instrumentation Engineering (IN)
- Mechanical Engineering (ME)
GATE PSU cut-off 2025
GATE 2025 PSU cut-offs will depend on number of applicants, reputation of organisation, difficulty level of exam, type of positions, and vacancies. However, based on previous years' GATE cutoff for PSU recruitments, the required cut-off range for general category is expected to be around 60 to 76.
PSU Recruitment Through GATE 2025: GAIL Selection process
In GAIL recruitment through GATE 2025, selection will be based on exam score, performance in GD and PI, and medical fitness. Candidates are required to appear for GATE 2025 specific papers that are relevant to the job role. Candidates will then be shortlisted based on GATE 2025 scores. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). Additionally, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria regarding nationality, age limit and educational qualifications.
