As per the GATE 2025 toppers list, a total of 28 candidates obtained perfect 1000 score. The GATE 2025 scorecards will be available for downloading from March 28 to May 31. The GATE 2025 scores will be used for MTech admissions and Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) recruitment .

As per the GATE 2025 toppers list, Rahul Kumar Singh grabs top rank in CSE with a perfect 100 raw score. The GATE toppers list 2025 reveals that Rajneesh Bijarniya topped the mechanical engineering stream with 95.33 raw marks and a GATE score of 967.
Abhay Singh emerged as the civil engineering topper, scoring 89.02 raw marks with a GATE score of 1000. As per the GATE toppers list 2025, Pradip Chauhan secured the top rank in electrical engineering with 81.67 raw marks and a perfect GATE score of 1000.
Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru has announced the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) 2025 schedule for admission to MTech programmes and PSU recruitment. GATE COAP 2025 is scheduled from May 14 to May 16 for round 1. The COAP 2025 round 2 is scheduled from May 20 to 22.

GATE Toppers 2025: As per raw marks
According to the GATE toppers list 2025, the highest raw score was secured by Rahul Kumar Singh, followed by Sadineneni Nikhil Chowdary, who scored 96.33 marks in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA). Rajneesh Bijarniya ranked next (as per raw marks) with 95.33 marks in Mechanical Engineering (ME). As per GATE 2025 toppers list, Sajna Shukla obtained 89 raw marks in humanities and social Sciences (Psychology) branch.
