Last year, 18% candidates qualified the GATE exam 2024. The institute held the exam on February 3, 4, 10 and 11 for a total of 30 test papers. The exams were moderate to easy in difficulty level. GATE results 2024 can be accessed through the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in . The institute is yet to announce GATE toppers list and the overall qualifying percentage.
GATE cut-off for EC paper for general category candidates is set at 25, for OBC-NCL it is 22.5 and for SC, ST PwD it is 16.6. The cut-off marks for newly included Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is 37.1 for general category, 33.3 for OBC-NCL and 24.7 for reserved category candidates.
GATE cut-offs for computer science engineering (CSE) is 27.6 for general category, 24.8 for OBC-NCL, and 18.4 for SC, ST, PwD candidates. For MA, the qualifying marks is 25 for general category.
The individual GATE score card 2024 will be uploaded on March 23 on the GOAPS official website, goaps.iisc.ac.in.
