GATE Exam 2024: Know paper pattern, marking scheme

Try NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has released the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) exam pattern at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. This year, the institute will conduct the GATE 2024 for 30 papers as a computer-based test for 180 minutes.
The exam pattern of GATE 2024 comprises details such as the duration of the exam, type of question, mode of exam, sections, number of papers, distribution of marks, marking scheme, and negative marking. Candidates can check the GATE exam pattern 2024 to prepare well for the exam.

GATE 2024 will be held for a total of 100 marks. Negative marking will be done only for multiple-choice questions (MCQs). However, no negative marking for MSQ and NAT questions.
