GATE ME 2022 exam is scheduled to be conducted in two shifts - Morning and Evening. GATE exam 2022 for morning shift was conducted from 9 AM to 12 PM while evening shift timings are 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
GATE ME Analysis 2022 (Shift 1)

The GATE 2022 Mechanical Paper consists of 5 MSQ, 25 MCQ and 35 NAT. Many GATE ME 2022 students informed that the heat transfer had high weightage in the GATE Mechanical engineering question paper. Moreover, the difficulty levle of GATE ME 2022 paper was difficult as compared to previous year. The GATE 2022 questions in ME in General Apritude section were easy, while the Engineering Mathematics section was moderate.
GATE ME Analysis 2022 (Shift 2)
The GATE 2022 ME shift 2 paper concluded at 5:30 PM. Students who appeared in the GATE 2022 ME shift 2 paper informed that the IITKGP Mechanical paper was moderately difficult. The difficulty level of was paper was similar to that of the forenoon shift. GATE 2022 shift 2 ME paper had 6 MSQ, 35 MCQ and 24 NAT. The question paper had a high weightage of Engineering Mechanics, SOM, Industrial, Manufacturing and HMT. 3 questions in GATE question paper 2022 ME were asked from Power Plant.

IIT KGP is conducting the GATE 2022 exam for 29 subjects. Applicants appeared for the IIT GATE 2022 exam on February 5 & 6 can now check the GATE exam analysis.
The exam conducting authority will release the GATE 2022 result on March 17 at the official website. Applicants will be able to check the GATE result through their login credentials.
