GCET 2021 registration delayed; Fresh dates to be out soon

DTE Goa has postponed the release of GCET 2021 registration form. The authorities will announce the GCET 2021 application form date later.
NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa has deferred the registration process for Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) for the upcoming session. The authorities have postponed the GCET 2021 application form release date till further notice.
Earlier, DTE Goa had scheduled the release of GCET registration form 2021 on May 10. Candidates could access the same online as well as offline, however, only offline submissions were to be allowed starting from May 17.
The official Notice released by DTE Goa in this regard reads as - “ Acceptance of GCET 2021 application forms from May 17 is deferred. Fresh schedule of acceptance with details shall be duly notified on the website.”
GCET 2021 exam date is scheduled on June 15 and 16. However, considering the postponement of the GCET application form release date, the authorities may also postpone the GCET 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
About GCET 2021
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Goa conducts the GCET exam for undergraduate admissions into engineering and pharmacy courses in Goa. Candidates who qualify the exam will have to participate in GCET counselling to prove their eligibility for admission into participating institutes of Goa.
