Download NowPANAJI: The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) will be announced on June 1, an official said on Monday. In a press note issued here, Board Secretary Geraldina Mendes said the results of SSC examinations (Class 10) will be declared at 5.30 pm at a media conference to be addressed by GBSHSE Chairman Bhagirath Shetye at Porvorim near Panaji.

Mendes said the Board had conducted SSC examinations in two terminal system - one in December 2021 and the other in April 2022. A total of 20,572 students had appeared for the examinations, she said.

Goa Board declared Higher Secondary School Certificate ( HSSC result 2022 ) on May 21 at 5 PM on the official website www.gbshse.gov.in. A total of 92.66 percent of students passed the Class 12 examination conducted in April 2022, as per the results. A total of 94.58 percent of girls and 90.66 percent boys cleared the examination, said board chairman Bhagirath Shetye here. Schools in Tiswadi tehsil fared the best with 95.92 percent of students clearing the exam, while schools in Quepem tehsil recorded the lowest 86.23 percent passing rate.
