GPSC civil services prelims answer key 2023 out; challenge by January 15

NEW DELHI: Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) released the civil services answer key 2023 on January 11. Candidates who have appeared in the examination for Gujarat administrative service, Class 1, Gujarat civil services, Class 1, 2 and Gujarat municipal chief officer service, Class 2 can download the provisional answer keys at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in.

Candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key can challenge the same with a valid document proof by January 15, 2024. To challenge the answer key candidates will have to visit the official website of the commission.

“Candidate must ensure compliance to the instructions mentioned in the notice, else objections shall not be considered,” the commission said.

This recruitment drive is being carried out to fill a total of 293 positions. The candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the preliminary exam, main exam, and personal interview.

While challenging the answer key, candidates should note that “All suggestions are to be submitted with reference to the master question paper with provisional answer key of master question paper, published herewith on the website or online objection submission system. Objections should be sent referring to the question, question number and options of the master question paper.”

Candidates can follow the below steps to download the GPSC Civil Services Prelims Answer Key 2023

• Visit the official website of the GPSC at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in.

• Navigate to the link that reads, "Click on the link that reads ‘Gujarat administrative service, Class 1, Gujarat civil services, Class 1, 2 and Gujarat municipal chief officer service, Class 2’ flashing on the homepage."

• A PDF will open on the screen, containing a GPSC civil services prelims answer key 2023 and instructions to challenge it.

• Download the same and take its printout for further reference.
