GSEB announces Gujarat 10th Board Result on May 28

NEW DELHI, MAY 28: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has released the 10th Board result on May 28, 2018. Savani Hil Ishwarbhai has topped the exam with 594 out of 600 marks. Ladani Krishi Himanshukumar and Hingrajiya Priyalkumar Jitubhai stood second and third with 589 and 586 marks, respectively.

As per media reports, 11,03,854 students appeared for GSEB SSC 2018, of which 67.5% cleared the exam. The pass percentage has come down this year compared to 2017, which was 68.24%. However, the number of students with grade A1 has increased from 3750 to 6378 this year. The pass percentage of girls is  60.63% while that of boys is 45.88%.

The result is available online in the Board’s official website - gseb.org and candidates can check the same by submitting their roll number in the login window. Original mark sheets will soon be issued  to candidates, which they will be able to collect from their respective schools. The Board conducted Gujarat 10th Board examination from March 12 to 23, 2018.

GSEB was established under the Gujarat Secondary Education Act of 1972. The Board has its headquarters at Gandhinagar and is responsible for all activities related to the secondary Education of Gujarat. These activities include preparation of syllabus, conducting examination operations, recommending text books and so on.
