The Class 12 Science stream recorded an overall pass percentage of 84.33 per cent, while the General stream performed better with 92.71 per cent. In the Science stream, girls slightly outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 84.65 per cent compared to 84.04 per cent among boys.
Medium-wise, students from the English medium secured a pass percentage of 85.13 per cent, marginally higher than the 84.32 per cent recorded by Gujarati medium students. District-wise performance showed significant variation, with Morbi emerging as the top performer at 94.85 per cent, while Dahod recorded the lowest pass percentage at 57.44 per cent.
As per the passing rule, Gujarat std 12th students will have to score at least 33% in each subject and aggregate of 33% overall to pass the Gujarat board exams 2026.
Moreover, the Gujarat board has also opened an SMS facility for GSEB Class 12 students to get their subject-wise marks. Send the message in the format as given below.
- For Science: Type GJ12S [SeatNumber] and send to 58888111.
- For General: Type GJ12G [SeatNumber] and send to 58888111.
The Gujarat board 12th result 2026 scorecard comprises details related to student’s name, seat number, subject names, subject-wise marks obtained, subject-wise grades obtained, aggregate marks and grade, and percentile secured.
The Gujarat board conducted the Gujarat 12th arts and commerce exams 2026 from February 26 to March 15 in a single shift from 3 pm to 6:15 pm.

Students can follow the steps given below to access the GSEB Class 12 result 2026.
- Go to the official website at gseb.org.
- Look for the link HSC result 2026, and click on it.
- A new window will open.
- Enter the seat number and click on the submit icon.
- GSEB 12th result 2026 scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Check your marks and download the marksheet.
In addition, students can also get their Gujarat HSC result 2026 on their Whatsapp number by sending your seat number as a message to+91 63573 00971. The GSEB std 12th marks will be sent as a whatsapp message.
