GSEB SSC, HSC supplementary exams 2024 from June 24; time table out

NEW DELHI: The Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has released the time table for Class 10, 12 supplementary exams 2024. Accordingly, GSEB SSC supplementary exams 2024 will be conducted from June 24 to July 4 while Gujarat Board HSC supplementary exams 2024 are scheduled from June 24 to July 3 for the science stream. Class 12 general and vocational stream exams will continue till July 6 and July 3 respectively.
The board informed that 12th science supplementary exams will contain two sections. Part A of the question paper will contain 50 multiple choice questions carrying 50 marks and the duration will be 60 minutes. Part B will consist of descriptive questions carrying 50 marks and its duration will be 120 minutes. The computer education exam will be conducted as an OMR based test only.
In case of Class 10 supplementary exams, all question papers will be of 80 marks except those of vocational courses which will carry 30 marks. The exam timings will be 10 am to 1:15 pm and students will get a reading time of 15 minutes from 10 am to 10:15 am. The exams carrying 30 marks will be conducted from 10 am to 11:15 am. The board asked candidates to appear half an hour before the exam on the first day.
“The examinee must write the subject code number mentioned in the question paper in front of the subject name on his main answer book but must not make any identification mark on the main page of the answer book,” the Gujarat Board stated.
For Class 12 music theory exam, the timings will be 10:30 am to 12:45 pm while the exams for healthcare, retail, beauty and wellness, agriculture, apparel makeup and home furnishing, automotive, electronics and hardware, tourism and hospitality subjects will be from 10:30 to 11:45 pm. The Introduction to Computer subject theory test will be conducted from the OMR answer book from 10:30 am to 12:45 pm.
