Download EBookThe Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gujarat, has reopened the registration for Gujarat National Eligibililty-cum-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG 2025) counselling today, January 15. Candidates can apply for Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2025 on the official website, medadmgujarat.org.
As per the official schedule, candidates can purchase the online PIN for Gujarat NEET PG 2025 round 3 registration from January 15 to 18, 2026, until 4 pm through the official website. The online registration and document upload process will close on the same day at 10 pm.
Candidates who will complete the online registration for admission to the Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) programmes will have to visit the help centre for document verification and submission of photocopies from January 16 to 18, 2026, between 10 am and 4 pm.

Gujarat NEET PG 2025: Document verification, fees
Candidates will have to book an appointment for document verification and choose their preferred date, time, and help centre while printing the registration slip. Help Centres will be closed on Sundays and government holidays.
Candidates registering online will have to pay a total of Rs 28,000, comprising a non-refundable Rs 3,000 for the PIN and a refundable security deposit of Rs 25,000.
Candidates who purchased the PIN in the first or second rounds but did not complete Gujarat NEET PG registration or document verification don’t have to pay again. They just need to verify their documents and submit the required photocopies at the Help Centre, the ACPPGMEC notice said.
