NEW DELHI: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will close the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET 2024) registration today on the official website, gujcet.gseb.org. The board will conduct the GUJCET 2024 on March 31 for admission to engineering and pharmacy programmes.
Students applying for the GUJCET 2024 will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 350 through the SBIePay system using debit card, credit card, or net banking. To pay in SBI Branch Log in to gujcet.gseb.org and in payment option SBIePay. Students will have to then select the SBI Branch payment option and take print out of the payment slip. Option for filling form will be shown only after successful payment. The exam is being held for admission into professional degree programmes such as Bachelor of Engineering and Technology and Bachelor of Pharmacy offered by the participating institutes
The GSEB will only conduct the written GUJCET 2024 exam. The remaining parts, like counselling and seat allotment, will be done by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). The merit list will be based on the GUJCET 2024 written exam (40% weightage) and board exam marks (60% weightage).
GUJCET 2024 eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for admission to BTech programme should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with 45 % marks (40% for reserved category students). Candidates who are appearing for the exam should be a bona-fide resident of Gujarat.

Candidates can follow these steps to register for GUJCET 2024:
- Go to the official website, gujcet.gseb.org
- Click on the link for new candidate registration under the form
- Register yourselves by providing the information
- Login with the generated credentials
- Fill in the GUJCET 2024 application form and submit
- Pay the registration fee and upload the documents
- Take a print out of the final page for future reference.
