Haryana CET 2022 exam result soon, Group D notification after results: CM Manohar Lal

NEW DELHI: Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will declare the state Common Eligibility Test (CET) results 2022 tomorrow or day after, chief minister Manohar Lal said at a press conference on January 9.

Group-C jobs will be notified immediately after the Haryana CET 2022 result is declared, he said.

“We want Group-D CET to be held after Group-C jobs are declared, so that people selected in Group-C don't go for Group-D exam,” the Haryana chief minister said.

The decision to notify Haryana Group D CET jobs was taken to avoid candidates shortlisted in Group C from appearing in Group D exams.

Haryana CET 2022 was held on November 5, 2022. 10.78 lakh candidates appeared in the exam held in 1,200 examination centres in 17 of the 22 districts of the state including one in the union territory and state capital Chandigarh.

A total of 11,36,894 lakh candidates had registered for the CET exams out of which 10,78,864 lakh candidates, as per reports. The state government had also provided free transportation for students appearing in the exam to prevent delay.
